One of the popular beliefs about acne going around is that it is the result of poor hygiene. While poor hygiene may in fact contribute to some people suffering from acne, many people with very good hygiene still suffer from acne. In each case of acne, there are a variety of contributing factors that work together to result in the acne. There is not one single thing a person does that can buy itself cause acne, unless there are already other contributing factors in place.
What you could do is to have a bath twice daily in warm water, as warm as you can bathe comfortably. Use a soft soap, with a cleanser, less of detergent, and sufficient moisturizer. Try baby soap. And wash your affected area more times than one. Do it tenderly. Don't fool around, trying to take it off or keeping your fingers from feeling it all the time. Pat the area dry, don't scrub. When buying cosmetics, you have a wide variety of choices. Try some of them; look for those which have less oil, high moisturizer content, and those skin softeners. And yes, have faith and confidence in yourself. How is something you have to find an answer to. Remember, we said earlier that at this age, any advice is just a put down, and not REAL?
That is a good question, and one that is likely on everyone's mind. The tough part about acne is that there is not one single element that can prompt it. Several factors help cause acne. Some of them can be circumvented, while others cannot. For instance, one cannot change their family history, but this is one very important factor in influencing the development of some form of acne.
